Pickup & Delivery Moving Service is a family owned and operated Christian moving company. We are based in Oxford, North Carolina and serve Raleigh and the entire Wake County region. Our business was built on one simple idea: a moving company should tell you the price before the truck shows up. No games. No hidden fees. No hourly rates that balloon into something you did not agree to.
Every move starts with a flat rate quote built on a $99 base rate plus per-item charges. We count your items. We apply our published prices. We hand you a number. A Flat Rate estimate means your final price will be within 20% of the quote. It is that simple.
Our crew wears uniforms. They arrive on time. We send text updates so you know exactly when we are pulling up. Your furniture is wrapped, protected, loaded carefully, and delivered to the right room. We have been doing this long enough to know that a good mover is hard to find. We set out to be the good ones.
We are fully licensed by the state of North Carolina under license number C-3125. We are registered with the United States Department of Transportation under USDOT number 4096964 and Motor Carrier number MC01732112. If you want to verify our credentials, you can look us up on the FMCSA website.

Office relocations, equipment moves, and business transitions. We understand that downtime costs money so we move fast without cutting corners. Evening and weekend availability for businesses that cannot close during the day.
Labor Only — Loading and Unloading
You rented the truck. You booked the POD. You have the storage unit. You do not need a full moving company. You need strong backs and experienced hands. We send a uniformed crew to load or unload your truck, container, or storage unit. You pay only for the labor. Flat rate based on $99 base rate + what needs to be moved.
Furniture Delivery
Bought a sofa on Facebook Marketplace? Won an auction? Found something at an estate sale? We pick it up and deliver it to your door. Text us a photo of the item and the pickup and delivery addresses. We give you a flat rate quote. Call for same day availability.
Appliance Delivery
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers. We deliver, unload, and position your appliances. We carry a lift gate for heavy items. We measure doorways and hallways before we start so nothing gets stuck and nothing gets scratched.
Senior Moving
Moving a parent or grandparent requires a different level of care. We specialize in senior relocations including downsizing, assisted living transitions, and estate moves. Our crew is patient, respectful, and understands that this is more than just moving boxes. We offer a 10% discount for senior citizens.

Every job starts with a $99 Base Rate, plus per-item charges below. Flat Rate estimate means your final price will be within 20% of the quote. We carry the risk, not you.

Staircases are $30 per flight of stairs. If your building has an elevator, the stair charge is waived. Items over 300 pounds are priced as extra large items at $50 each.
A $50 deposit books your date. The remaining balance is paid after the move is complete and you are satisfied. If your plans change, call us.

How do I get a moving quote?
Three options. Call 919-339-4211 and describe what you need moved. Fill out the booking request form on our homepage and we will call you back the same day. Text photos of your furniture to 919-339-4211. Photos give us the clearest picture of the job and usually get you the fastest quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We require a $50 deposit to reserve your date and time. The deposit is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due after the move is complete and you have confirmed everything arrived safely. We do not ask for full payment upfront and we do not hold your items hostage for more money. That is not how we operate.
